Team Work

Team, a small word, but such a huge meaning!-Do you struggle to get your co workers, or employees to gel, and bond? Does everyone get along, and understand how important each role is in the organization? Does your work place just hum along like a bee hive where all fellow work mates are happy and cohesive? (if you do, then consider yourself lucky!) If not, then maybe it's time to look at some ways to get creative and help your work mates along, and get everyone on the same page..tear down the walls in communication, provide avenues that encourage discussion and increase productivity. Team building is no easy feat, but the end results are well worth the effort, and the time it will take to get it done! It's a never ending process, one that will help your team come together, and boost their commitment, not only to themselves, but to their job function as well. If your interest in starting the task, I'll share some of the fun and relatively easy ways to get started.
Bonding Quotes-Assign different people to bring in a bonding quote or word for each week. At the end of each week, have each person explain how he/she applied that quote or word to practice.
Samples:
All the talent in the world doesn't mean a thing without your teammates.
The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.
You have no control over what the other guy does. You only have control over what you do.
The best inspiration is not to outdo others, but to outdo ourselves.
Think big, believe big, act big, and the results will be big.
Stay tuned next week for another game of team building, and I'll also discuss Time Management.-How do you think you rate in managing your time effectively?
"Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success."-Henry Ford-
